  1. Stand or sit upright before testing.

  2. Take a deep breath in

  3. Exhale forcefully and as quickly as possible

  4. Seal the mouthpiece tightly

  5. Take a short break between tests to avoid fatigue and ensure accurate results

• Why can't I connect to Bluetooth?

  1. Please keep the peak flow meter device powered on

  2. Please keep you phone's Bluetooth on.

  3. For Android systems, please grant the location permission for the Digital ePEF App. For iOS systems, this is not required.

• Why this peak flow meter can not charge or charged but still can not use ?

  Please confirm you use a 5Vpower adapter for charging.
